Uneeqme Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Uneeqme. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help in any shape or form to ensure you have the best experience.

Returns: We allow 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and would require that you have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your return item, we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the funds credited back to your account within 3-5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via email at uneeqmeshop@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders in the US and Canada. Shipping costs will vary for International orders and may be subject to custom fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
